Please note:  during promotional periods and/or holidays, order processing and shipping times may increase due to the high volume of orders. 

We process your orders as quickly as possible.  However, once the order is shipped it is out of our hands and we cannot control the in-transit timing of delivery.  You will be sent the Tracking Number as soon as we have it. 

Orders are only shipped on Business Days (Monday to Friday), excluding federal holidays.  Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the next following business day.

If by some chance your package arrives damaged because of shipment, please email info@nsvus.com within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can further assist you.

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Returns/Refunds/Store Credit:

We understand that an item may not fit the way you like or envisioned.  If you are not pleased with your purchase, please don’t procrastinate.  Also, please enter an email address with your order that you actually monitor and check.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your order number as proof of purchase. You may also be asked to send photos of its current condition.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@nsvus.com, and let us know if you would like a refund or store credit.  Store Credit does not expire.

You can also decide to use the self-serve function by signing into your customer account at  https://account.noshrinkingvioletus.com or by clicking the people icon at the top of the page.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  

If we request photos of the item(s) and you do not send the photos within 7 days of our request, your return will not be approved. 

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a free shipping label to return the item(s). There is no restock fee unless you do NOT use the return label within 7 days.  

If tracking shows that you have not yet shipped the item(s) back by the 7th day, a 20% restock fee will be deducted from your refund. 

If tracking shows that you have not yet shipped the item(s) back by the 14th day, a refund will NOT be issued, you will receive store credit only.  

If more than 21 days have passed after we send you the free return label, and tracking shows that you have still not returned the item(s), keep the order because you will not receive a refund or store credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: intimates / lingerie, swimwear, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not accept returns on gift cards. Gift cards never expire.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
