Since we only accept orders within the USA, obviously products shipped within the U.S. will arrive quicker than those shipped from Overseas. If you are in a hurry, check out the collection "SHIPPED FROM THE USA" located on the Main Menu.
We process your orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1 business day. You will receive an email informing you. However, once the order is shipped, it is out of our hands and we cannot control the timing of delivery. Please use the Track My Order option on our site if you are anxious about your order. Note: If your order is coming from an overseas warehouse it will not show tracking information until it has been transferred to the U.S.-based delivery service.
Orders are only shipped on Business Days (Monday to Friday), excluding federal holidays. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the next following business day.
If by some chance your package arrives damaged because of shipment, please email info@nsvus.com within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can further assist you.
Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Options for Returns: Refund or Store Credit
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your order number as proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@nsvus.com, and let us know if you would like a refund or store credit. Store Credit does not expire.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a free shipping label to return the item(s). There is no restocking fee. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do not accept returns on gift cards. Gift cards never expire.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
