Please note:  during promotional periods and/or holidays, order processing and shipping times may increase due to the high volume of orders. 

Since we only accept orders within the USA, obviously products shipped within the U.S. will arrive quicker than those shipped from Overseas.  If you are in a hurry, check out the collection "SHIPPED FROM THE USA" located on the Main Menu.

We process your orders as quickly as possible.  However, once the order is shipped it is out of our hands and we cannot control the in-transit timing of delivery.  You will be sent the Tracking Number as soon as we have it. 

Orders are only shipped on Business Days (Monday to Friday), excluding federal holidays.  Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the next following business day.

If by some chance your package arrives damaged because of shipment, please email info@nsvus.com within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can further assist you.

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Options for Returns:  Refund or Store Credit

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your order number as proof of purchase. You may also be asked to send photos of its current condition, if we request photos, please send them in a timely manner.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@nsvus.com, and let us know if you would like a refund or store credit.  Store Credit does not expire.

You can also decide to use the self-serve function by signing into your customer account at  https://account.noshrinkingvioletus.com or by clicking the people icon at the top of the page.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a free shipping label to return the item(s). There is no restocking fee.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  If we request photos of the item(s) and you do not send them within the 21-day window, your return will not be approved. You have 7 days to return the item once you are sent a return label.  If tracking shows that you have not yet shipped the item back after the 7th day, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: intimates / lingerie, swimwear, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not accept returns on gift cards. Gift cards never expire.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
